Currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer of ILE Homes, Simon directs all accounting and finance activities while overseeing significant growth initiatives. Previous roles include CFO at Belluscura, where Simon led financial and operational strategies for a publicly traded medical device company, and Interim CFO for Pace Industries, guiding the turnaround of a major manufacturing entity. Additional significant positions held include CFO at GlobalStep and key advisory roles at West Monroe, EY-Parthenon, and KPMG. Simon earned an MBA from SMU Cox School of Business and a B.S. in Accounting from Marquette University, with further educational background from Emory University.
