Farnaz "Nazzi" Mobasheri Kaufman has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Starting in 1997, they worked as a teacher for the Los Angeles Unified School District until 2015. During this time, they gained valuable experience in the field of education. In 2012, they became the Director of Mrs. Kaufman's School for Intellectual Curiosity, where they held the position until September 2017. In 2014, they also worked as an Academic Administrator for CALSTEAM Charter for a period of one year. Most recently, Nazzi held the roles of Head of School/Director of Intellectual Curiosity and Director of Global Education Initiatives for iLEAD Schools, starting in June 2015 and July 2019 respectively. Their extensive background in the education sector demonstrates their passion and expertise in this field.

Farnaz "Nazzi" Mobasheri Kaufman has a diverse education history. From 1990 to 1996, they attended The Johns Hopkins University, where they earned both a Bachelor's and Master's degree. Their field of study at this prestigious institution was Earth and Planetary Sciences, with a concentration in Groundwater Contamination. Following this, from 2012 to 2014, they pursued further education at California State University, Northridge, where they obtained a Master's degree in Educational Leadership and Administration, General. Finally, from 1986 to 1990, they completed their high school education at Harvard-Westlake School, earning their High School Diploma.
