Rick Crunelle

Rick Crunelle, SPHR has a diverse and extensive work experience. Rick is currently serving as the Executive Director of HR at iLEAD California since June 2023. Prior to this, they held several roles at UNICOM Global, including Vice President Human Resources from March 2020 to June 2023 and Director of Human Resources from September 2005 to March 2020. During their time at UNICOM Global, they managed various HR functions and was involved in numerous corporate and real estate acquisitions. Additionally, Rick briefly worked as the Director of Client Services at UNICOM Global, where they oversaw client service representatives, technical support employees, billing, and accounts receivable departments. Before joining UNICOM Global, they served as a Client Services Representative at DMX Music from June 1998 to June 2000.

Rick Crunelle, SPHR, holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from California State University, Northridge. Rick obtained this degree from an unspecified timeframe. In 2014, Rick Crunelle obtained their Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR®) Certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI.
