Cherian K. Philip has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Cherian currently holds the position of Senior Director Channel Partnership - Asia, Middle East & Africa at iLearningEngines, a leading learning automation technology company. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Sales - India at the same company.

Before joining iLearningEngines, Cherian worked as the Head of Sales and Operations at Planet11 E-commerce Solutions India Pvt. Ltd., where they successfully launched services across Bangalore. Cherian also held the position of General Manager - South Sales at SnapBizz Cloudtech Pvt Ltd, a technology start-up in the FMCG ecosystem.

Cherian's career includes a role as General Manager (Regional Manager) at Tata Interactive Systems, a Tata Group company focusing on learning solutions. Cherian was involved in the introduction of ClassEdge™, an innovative teaching solution in India.

In addition, Cherian has experience at Ad Astra Consultants as the Vice President - Sales & Marketing and later as the Co-Founder & Assistant Vice President. Cherian played a key role in business development and market expansion for HR solutions.

Earlier in their career, Cherian held the position of General Manager at Teamlease Services, India's largest staffing solutions company, where they were responsible for sales and marketing strategies.

Cherian's work history also includes a role as Regional Sales Manager at Xerox, where they managed key accounts and played a vital role in building and maintaining customer relationships.

Cherian'scareer began at BPL Telecom, where they served as a Senior Marketing Manager, leading the launch of India's first pre-paid service and managing a team for distribution.

Cherian K. Philip obtained a Bachelor of Science degree from Mahatma Gandhi University in 1994. Cherian later pursued an MBA in Marketing from Bharathiar University between 1994 and 1996.
