Vítor Lasmar

Vítor Lasmar has a wide range of work experience in the IT industry. Vítor started their career as an Analyst of Support Pleno at UNIFOR-MG, where they were responsible for providing technical support. Vítor then worked as an Analyst of TI Pleno at Fontes Informática Ltda, where they gained experience in IT analysis.

In 2014, Vítor joined Atende Sistemas, where they held multiple roles over a period of seven years. As an Analyst of Systems Especialista, they were responsible for implementing ERP, web, and app systems. Vítor also performed tasks such as sprint planning, removing user and developer obstacles, requirements analysis, and training. Vítor showcased their skills in programming languages like Delphi, PHP, Node.js, and Java.

At Atende Sistemas, Vítor excelled in product management, facilitating communication between development teams and user experience. Vítor was also involved in fiscal consulting, implementing tax regulations and documentation for various companies. Vítor developed prototypes, decision-making tools, and reports while implementing best practices and agile methodologies like Scrum and Kanban.

Vítor's most recent role was at Vetta, where they worked as a Senior Requirements Analyst and Product Owner. Their responsibilities included analyzing and gathering functional and non-functional requirements and creating prototypes. Vítor supported the development and quality teams, managed deliveries and deadlines, and used agile methodologies in daily work. Vítor also worked on system migration, improvements, and integration using Java and Ionic.

Currently, Vítor Lasmar is a Senior Solution Software Engineer at ilegra.

Vítor Lasmar pursued their education from 2012 to 2015 at UNIFOR-MG, where they completed a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science. Following this, they attended Universidade Paulista from 2015 to 2018 and obtained another Bachelor's degree, this time in Accounting and Computer Science. In 2017, while still studying at Universidade Paulista, Vítor also enrolled in a post-graduate program at UNIFOR-MG specializing in Project Management.

In addition to their formal education, Vítor Lasmar has obtained several certifications. In 2016, they completed a course on SAP Basis Administration from Udemy. The following year, they undertook a course titled "SAP - do Zero ao Profissional" from the same platform. In 2017, they acquired proficiency in Jira through a course on Udemy called "Understanding Jira for users, managers and admins." Vítor further expanded their skillset in 2018 by attending a NobleProg course on implementing Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) with Cucumber.

Continuing their professional development, Vítor completed a course in "Solução ONESOURCE Mastersaf" by Thomson Reuters Brasil in September 2020. Vítor then pursued a comprehensive course titled "Curso SAP + Curso Mastersaf Dw - Fiscal na Prática – Tax Expert" from Udemy in June 2019. Most recently, Vítor obtained certifications as a Scrum Master and a Product Owner from CertiProf in December 2021 and January 2021, respectively.
