Vitória Christo

Vitória Christo has a wide range of work experience. Vitória began their career in 2014 as an Intern of Organizational Psychology at Hospital São Lucas da PUCRS. In 2016, they became an Intern of Clinical Psychology at ESIPP - Estudos Integrados de Psicoterapia Psicanalítica. In 2017, they were a Recruitment and Selection Consultant at Prospecta. Finally, in 2018, they became the Head of People & Culture | Business Partner and HR Team Leader | Business Partner at ilegra. In this role, they were responsible for leading projects and implementing solutions related to HR, developing professionals in the Recruitment & Selection, Development & Training and Employer Branding teams, and making strategic decisions connected to high management. Additionally, they were responsible for the analysis of the area's indicators and the Community of Practice (COP) for the development and growth of ilegra's leaders.

Vitória Christo is currently pursuing a Pós Graduação in Gestão de Pessoas: Carreiras, Liderança e Coaching from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio Grande do Sul, which they began in 2020 and is expected to complete in 2022. Previously, they obtained a degree in Psicologia from the same institution between 2012 and 2016. Additionally, Vitória has obtained a certification as an Analista PDA from Grou in October 2022.
