Ilenia Vidili is a customer-centricity advisor, international keynote speaker and accomplished author.

Over her tenure in the corporate world, she conducted corporate marketing for NEC, Bayer, ARM, and a broad range of start-ups. This allowed her to gain a deep understanding of consumer behavior while realizing that the gap between what customers wanted and how companies served customers was far too wide.

Today, she helps businesses close those gaps by helping them sharpen their customer focus, streamline processes, and find practical ways to put their customers at the center of their operations – which results in customer loyalty and greater profitability.

Through her advisory, masterclasses, and speaking services, Ilenia is able to show her clients the right tools, best practices, and strategies to implement customer-centricity successfully.

She’s inspired leaders and C-level executives of the likes of Coca-Cola, L’Oreal, Savills, and KLM Royal Dutch Airlines. She guest lectures at universities around the world and she’s a LinkedIn Learning instructor on two topics: Customer Trust and Customer-Centricity.

She is the author of Journey to Centricity: A Customer-Centric Framework For The Era of Stakeholder Capitalism, a definitive roadmap for leaders to transform into truly customer-centric companies. The foundation of her book is her successful customer-centric framework that is used as a blueprint by companies around the world.

She holds a BA (Hons) in International Business Strategy from Cambridge (UK) and she recently obtained a certification from Harvard University in “Rhetoric: The Art of Persuasive Writing and Public Speaking”.

Driven by bringing humanity to business, Ilenia’s mission is to see a brighter future where companies embrace a higher purpose, create value for all stakeholders, and contribute positively to society. She advises decision-makers to connect their minds and hearts when leading businesses.
