Keerthi R started their work experience as a Relationship Manager at IIFL (India Infoline Group) in December 2012 and worked until June 2013. keerthi then joined iLenSys Technologies Pvt Ltd in September 2013 as a Business Analyst, where they currently hold the position.

Keerthi R completed a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University from 2006 to 2010. Following this, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from Osmania University from 2010 to 2012.
