Matthew Imbler, MPA, PHR, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources, finance, and operational management. Currently serving as Associate Controller and HR Business Partner at BYU Law School, Matthew oversees HR functions, talent management, payroll, and financial compliance while managing business processes and providing training support. With a background that includes various roles in finance and accounting, such as Assistant Controller and Technical Support Specialist, Matthew has demonstrated proficiency in managing large teams, optimizing financial operations, and implementing effective employee development strategies. Matthew holds a Master of Public Administration from Brigham Young University Marriott School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Sociology from Brigham Young University.
