Sophie Lara Walton

Sophie Lara Walton is a versatile UI/UX Designer currently employed at ILG Technologies since August 2019, specializing in user behavior research and the creation of wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to enhance digital experiences. Previously, as a Product Designer, Sophie designed software for the United States Bar Exam, producing tutorials for 26,000 applicants across 16 states and developing state-specific admissions sites. In addition to a freelance web design practice since October 2020, Sophie has experience as a Business Development Lead at Abstrakt Marketing Group, where relationship-building with technology clients was key. With prior marketing experience as a Brand Ambassador for EXPRESS, and an internship with artist Amanda Thoron, Sophie combines design expertise with effective client engagement. Sophie holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Design from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
