Christina Calderwood

Christina Calderwood is an experienced Project Manager and Instructional Designer currently working at Innovative Learning Group since October 2023. Prior to this role, Christina served as an Instructional Design Specialist at United Wholesale Mortgage from July 2020 to October 2023 and held multiple positions at Raytheon, including Curriculum Lead and Principal Instructional Systems Designer from October 2016 to July 2020. Earlier in their career, Christina worked as a Training Specialist at GP Strategies Corporation and as a Research Assistant at the Michigan Public Health Institute. Christina's extensive experience in instructional design began at Raytheon Professional Services as a Team Leader II and included a managerial role in Sales and Service Training at Saks Fifth Avenue. Christina holds a Master’s degree in Instructional Technology from Wayne State University and a Bachelor of Science in Education with a secondary emphasis in English and History from Central Michigan University.
