Katrin Hugendubel

Katrin Hugendubel is an experienced professional in advocacy and policy development, currently serving as Advocacy Director at ILGA-Europe since September 2014, where responsibilities include the development and implementation of policy strategies to advance LGBTI rights in Europe. Previous roles include serving as a policy and research assistant in the Greens/EFA group in the European Parliament from August 2009 to June 2014, project development and evaluation for the Arbeiter-Samariter Bund, and Social Policy Coordinator at Solidar. Early career experiences also include a trainee position at the European Women's Lobby and a lecturer role at Albert-Ludwigs-Universität Freiburg. Katrin Hugendubel holds a Master's Degree in Political Science and English language and literature from The University of Freiburg, obtained between 1994 and 2001.
