Briana Martin

Briana Martin has extensive experience in packaging development and engineering. Briana is currently the Director of Packaging at ILIA Beauty, a position they have held since 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Glossier, Inc. from 2019 to 2022, where they held various roles including Director of Packaging Development and Senior Manager of Packaging Development. Before joining Glossier, they worked at NARS Cosmetics from 2014 to 2019, where they held positions such as Manager of Global Package Development and Associate Manager of Global Packaging. Briana also gained experience at Victoria's Secret Beauty as a Package Engineer from 2011 to 2014. Briana began their career as a Packaging Intern at Coty in 2011, where they worked on fragrance and cosmetic packaging development. Prior to that, they interned at Eisai in 2010 as a Package Engineer, where they focused on creating controlled documents and collaborating with cross-functional teams. In 2009, they interned at Syngenta in the packaging development department, assisting with package design and performance testing.

Briana Martin earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Packaging Science from the Rochester Institute of Technology, completing their studies from 2006 to 2011.
