Eric Beals

Eric Beals has a robust background in sales and education within the beauty industry, currently serving as the Sales, Artistry, & Education Account Executive at ILIA Beauty since October 2023. Prior to this role, Eric was the Sales and Education Account Executive for Biossance at Amyris from January 2020 to November 2023. Eric's experience also includes managerial positions at Dyson as a Store Manager (June 2017 - January 2020), SEPHORA as a Store Director (January 2015 - June 2017), and Nordstrom as an Assistant Department Manager (April 2009 - January 2015).
