Haley Baravarian

Haley Baravarian currently serves as a Brand Marketing Coordinator and Brand Partnerships Consultant at ILIA Beauty since February 2024. Previously, Haley worked as a Freelance Production Assistant at Reformation from November 2023 to February 2024 and held the roles of Brand Partnerships Assistant and CX + Marketing Intern at Madhappy from May 2021 to December 2022. Experience also includes a Digital Marketing Intern position at 10K Projects during the summer of 2022 and a VIP + Special Relations Intern role at Kia Forum in 2018. Haley Baravarian holds a Bachelor's degree in Communication from the University of Southern California, obtained from 2020 to 2023, and has a background in education from The American University of Paris and Crossroads School for Arts & Sciences before earning a high school diploma from Santa Monica High School.
