Kym Davis

Kym Davis has worked in the beauty industry for over 20 years. In 1999, they began their career as a Marketing Manager for Color at NARS Cosmetics. Kym was promoted to Director Color Marketing and Product Development in 2007, and then to Executive Director, Color Marketing and Product Development. In 2015, they joined Kendo Brands, Inc. as Vice President Product Development for Fenty Beauty, and was later promoted to Senior Director of Product Development. In 2018, Davis became the Head of Product Development at Glossier, Inc. and in 2021, they accepted the roles of VP Product Development at ILIA Beauty and Product Development Consultant at Apostle.

Kym Davis attended Harvard Business School Executive Education in 2014, where they participated in the High Potential Leadership Program. Kym also attended the Fashion Institute of Technology.
