Madeline Heartt

Madeline Heartt has a diverse work experience. Starting in 2007, they held roles such as Sales Associate at Nordstrom and Editor at KidWorks. In 2009, they interned at NW Documentary and Valhalla Motion Pictures, and was an Office Assistant at Dodge College of Film and Media Arts. In 2010, they were a Sales Associate at Yoga Shakti Studio. From 2011 to 2019, Madeline worked at RED Digital Cinema, where they held positions such as Sales Supervisor and Sr. Manager, Sales Operations. In 2019, they moved to ILIA Beauty, where they are currently the Director of Sales Operations and Sales Operations Manager. In this role, they oversee global order fulfillment for eCommerce and wholesale sales channels, designs and implements business solutions for sales operations improvements, and is a Subject Matter Expert for all sales systems.

Madeline Heartt attended Chapman University from 2007 to 2011, where they earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Film Production.
