Sadia Shaikh

Sadia Shaikh has worked for a variety of companies since 2012. Sadia began their career at CHANEL as a Regional Makeup Artist. In 2015, they joined The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. as an Account Coordinator. In 2017, they became a Market Specialist at Coty, where they drove metric standards, increased modeling sales leader role, performed daily reads, managed inventory and operations, oversaw coworkers, and highlighted growth opportunities. Sadia also facilitated classroom-style and in-the-moment training opportunities on new launches and application techniques. In 2018, they joined ILIA Beauty as a Sales, Education, and Artistry Jr. Executive and a Beauty Market Trainer. In this role, they were responsible for driving metric standards, increasing modeling sales leader role, performing daily reads, inventory and operations management, oversight of coworkers, and highlighting growth opportunities. Additionally, they facilitated classroom-style and in-the-moment training on new launches and application techniques.

Sadia Shaikh attended Central Michigan University, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Textile & Fashion Designing.
