Elaheh Pooyandeh

Elaheh Pooyandeh is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership and international relations. Currently serving as Co-Founder and CEO of MODARA مدارا since August 2023 and Vertical Manager at ILIA, a consultancy dedicated to facilitating market entry for organizations in Iran. Elaheh has taken on multiple roles such as Facilitator and Coordinator at the Transnational Foundation for Peace & Future Research since May 2020, and holds the position of Rising Star at Wedu, which provides a network and resources for women leaders. Previous roles include Executive Manager at Tehran Peace Museum, International Affairs Expert at the Communication and International Affairs Center of the Municipality of Tehran, and Office Manager at GASHTA. Elaheh’s academic credentials include a Master's degree in Peace, Conflict and Development Studies from the University of Bradford, and two degrees from Shahid Beheshti University: a Master of Laws in International Law and a Bachelor's degree in Law with a focus on International Law and Legal Studies.
