Thibaut Leroy

Thibaut Leroy has a diverse work experience, starting with their current role as Chief of Staff to the Group HR Director at Free - Groupe iliad. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Consultant - People & Strategy at BearingPoint from 2018 to 2022. Thibaut also had a role at Deloitte in 2016, where they were involved in a HR Digital Transformation project as a PMO in the Workday Implementation Project. Before that, they worked as a Junior Headhunter at Lincoln in 2016, and as the Head of the Student Arts Association at Audencia in 2015.

Thibaut Leroy completed their education with a High School Diploma in Sciences from Lycée Jean Baptiste Say in the year 2012. Thibaut then attended Prépa HEC Lycée Carnot from 2012 to 2014, studying Mathématiques, Géopolitique, Philosophie, Langues. From 2014 to 2018, Thibaut pursued a Master's degree in Management and Consulting of Human Resources from Audencia. In 2017, they also had an academic exchange experience at National Chengchi University in Taipei, Taiwan, studying Economics & Management.
