Elena Guastaferro

Elena Guastaferro is an experienced communication professional currently serving as the Internal Communication Manager at iliad since September 2022. Prior to this role, Elena held various positions at BIP, including HR Communication, People Caring & Culture Manager, and HR Communication & People Experience Jr Manager from December 2018 to September 2022. Elena's previous experience includes working as a Communication Specialist for GSK, where responsibilities included internal and external communications and implementing local campaigns based on global directives. Elena started her career with internships in communication roles, including positions at EC English Language Centres and GSK. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Marketing from Accademia di Comunicazione, a Laurea magistrale in Public, Social, and Political Communication, and a Bachelor's degree in Political Sciences from Università degli Studi di Napoli Federico II, along with a diploma in Human Resources Management from MIP Politecnico di Milano.
