Arcadius da COSTA has extensive experience in IT support and maintenance, currently serving as a Technicien Micro-Reseaux Itinérant at Iliane since October 2018. Prior to this role, Arcadius worked at Tibco Services - Marché Services & Public as a Technicien HelpDesk from October 2012 to October 2018, providing helpdesk support for various clients including pharmaceutical software and cultural ministries, and handling application diagnostics and system troubleshooting. Earlier experience includes a position as a Technicien de maintenance Itinérant at Phoenix-IT-Services from July 2010 to June 2012, focusing on the maintenance of robotic components and servers. Arcadius holds a Baccalauréat in Informatique from the Centre de formation GEFI, completed in 2010.
