Amanda Ambrose has a diverse work experience spanning from 2013 to 2021. Amanda began their career in 2013 as an IS Specialist at the United States Naval Academy, where they installed software, modified and repaired hardware, and resolved technical issues. After that, they worked as a Help Desk Analyst at Blueprint Consulting Services in 2016. In the same year, they also worked as a POS Technician/Shift Supervisor at Levy Restaurants at FedEx Field. In 2018, they were an IT Supervisor at Levy @ Washington Nationals. In 2019, they worked as a Health Fitness Specialist at FX Well. In 2020, they worked as a Frontend Web Developer at Infinity Digital Marketing and also as a Website Development and Implementation Intern at DMV Food Truck Association. Currently, they are a Customer Operations Manager at iLife Technologies.

Amanda Ambrose attended Anne Arundel Community College from 2010 to 2013, where they obtained an Associate of Arts and Sciences (A.A.S.) in Computer Science. Amanda then went on to the University of Maryland Global Campus, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Web Page, Digital/Multimedia and Information Resources Design from 2018 to 2020. Amanda also holds a Microsoft Office Specialist 2013 Word and Excel certification.
