John Tinson

John Tinson has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. John started their career as an Export Manager at AVO International Ltd, where they focused on test and measurement equipment. John then moved on to Sifam Ltd, where they served as a Board Level Sales & Marketing Director, overseeing the development of fibre optic and electro-mechanical components. John then joined Brand-Rex, a Leviton Company, as a Business Unit Director, responsible for telecom and specialty cable solutions. John later joined SPI Lasers as Vice President Sales & Marketing, specializing in industrial fibre lasers. After that, John worked at Sondrel Ltd as Vice President Sales & Marketing, providing semiconductor design engineering services. Currently, they hold the position of VP Sales & Marketing at Ilika plc, a company pioneering next-generation solid-state battery technology.

John Tinson completed a BSc in Physics at the University of Birmingham from 1984 to 1987. In 2003, they attended the Cranfield School of Management for Integrated Management Development for Business Leaders.
