Shweta Sinha

Shweta Sinha is currently the Business Analytics Lead at iLink Digital, where Shweta is responsible for designing and developing analytic solutions for enterprise customers within Microsoft Fabric. Prior to this role, Shweta gained experience at Microsoft as a Sr. Software Engineer and Business Analytics Specialist, where Shweta delivered high-performance reports and maintained reporting infrastructure. Shweta also worked at Pactera US Careers as a PM/Sr. Data Analyst, at HARMAN International as a Sr. Data Analyst, and at Sonata Software as a Program Manager/BI Developer. Shweta's experience also includes roles at HCL Technologies, TTSL, and Ericsson India Ltd. Shweta holds a Bachelor's Degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Madan Mohan Malaviya University of Technology.
