Justina Wilhelm

Justina Wilhelm has extensive experience in leadership roles within educational and health services, currently serving as President at Ilisagvik College since April 2017, after holding positions as Vice President of Administration, Dean of Institutional Advancement, and Executive Director of Institutional Advancement. Prior to this, Justina Wilhelm worked at North Slope Borough Health & Social Services from February 2004 to March 2017 in various capacities, including Deputy Director of Behavioral Health, Compliance Officer, and Substance Abuse Counselor, demonstrating a commitment to community service and positive change. Justina Wilhelm holds a Master's Degree in Social Work from the University of New England and Bachelor's Degrees in Sociology from the University of Hawai‘i System and the University of Nevada, Reno.
