Alaa Jarkas has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Alaa began their career as a Communication Coordinator at Orange in 2014, where they stayed for almost a year before joining Valley Solid Contracting as an Account Manager. After a few months, they moved on to LULU HYPERMARKET (L.L.C.) as a Senior Purchasing Officer. In 2015, they joined Juhayna Food Industries as a Sales Account Manager, where they worked for three years. In 2018, they transitioned to the role of Chief Operating Officer at ILLA, a position they held until 2019. Currently, they serve as the Managing Director and Co-founder at ILLA.
Alaa Jarkas began their education in 2006 at The German University in Cairo, where they pursued a degree in Materials Engineering. Alaa attended the university until 2008.
In 2010, Alaa Jarkas enrolled at Modern Sciences and Arts University, where they studied Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services. Alaa completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in 2013.
