Silvia Guerin

Silvia Guerin serves as the Vice President of Sales at ILLES Foods since October 2024, following a tenure as Sales Director at IRCA Group from May 2023 to September 2024. Prior to that, Silvia held the position of Chief Sales Marketing Officer at Pronutrition, where the role involved supporting startups and established companies in the food and drink, beauty, and personal care industries across Latin America. Silvia's extensive experience includes significant roles at Mintel as Vice President for the Latin America Region and as Co-Owner of Mrs. Brigadeiro, LLC. Earlier career positions encompass key account management and sales/marketing roles at leading companies such as Kerry Ingredients & Flavours and Star & Arty Ingredientes Alimenticios. Silvia earned a Bachelor’s degree in Food Engineering from Universidade Estadual de Campinas between 1992 and 1997.
