Dawn Fuqua has extensive experience in real estate and business development, currently serving as Executive Director and Director of Operations at illi Commercial Real Estate since July 2015. Prior to this role, Dawn worked as an Executive Administrator at Practice Sales & Appraisals from 2013 to 2015, specializing in dental practice brokerage. Earlier career positions include Business Development Officer at California Credit Union from 2007 to 2010, Licensed Realtor at Coldwell Banker Real Estate from 1999 to 2007, and Financial Services Representative II at California Credit Union from 1996 to 1999. Dawn holds educational credentials from Los Angeles Pierce College (2018-2020) and California State University, Los Angeles (1992-1996), along with a diploma from St. Bernard High School (1988-1992).
