Kim Simons

Kim Simons is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience in commercial real estate, specializing in retail leasing and sales. Currently serving as a Real Estate Agent at illi Commercial Real Estate since January 2024, Kim previously held the position of Senior Associate at NAI Capital from June 2009 to January 2024. Kim's career also includes being a Partner at Simons Real Estate Group/ReMax Commercial, focusing on leasing and sales from November 2005 to May 2009, and working as a Leasing Specialist at North American Realty between March 1998 and June 2005, where responsibilities included leasing and tenant retention. In addition to real estate expertise, Kim has a background in writing and authoring screenplays and novels, demonstrated through the leadership of Kim Simons Brilliant Productions from July 2000 to November 2017.
