Leonardo Pierotti is a seasoned professional with over a decade of experience in corporate finance, specializing in restructuring and special situations. Currently serving as the Director of the Turnaround and Special Situations team at illimity Bank, Leonardo has played a key role in numerous transactions, overseeing investments surpassing 300-400 million euros. With a master’s degree in Corporate Finance and Financial Markets from Università di Pisa, Leonardo has also held positions at Deloitte, Adacta Advisory Spa, and has gained valuable insights from internships at Piaggio & C. Spa and Punto&linea consulting srl. Leonardo enjoys traveling and immersing in diverse cultures to embrace change and new experiences.
