Marco Russomando

After 20 years of experience in multi-cultural settings, including working for two of the Big Four, a boutique consultancy firm and UniCredit, he is now the HR Director at illimity.

During his professional career he has had plenty of opportunity to explore and analyse different organisational structures, leadership models and corporate cultures in a whole host of companies, including banks, fast moving consumer goods firms, big pharma and telecommunications. Plus, along the way, he has gained further experience on the Board of UniCA and as a lecturer at the Catholic University in Milan.
