Omkar Gandhi is a talented engineer currently serving as a Drivetrain & Aerodynamics Engineer at Illini Electric Motorsports since August 2023, where significant contributions include designing a pretension nut for bearing efficiency and selecting optimal rotary seals. As an undergraduate researcher at the Energy Transport Research Lab at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, Omkar is exploring etching protocols for heat exchangers and devising wind tunnel experiments to assess evaporator performance.
