Tito is currently the Senior Vice President of Operations at Illinois Action for Children, where they are responsible for ensuring operational excellence and leading strategic planning and overall day-to-day operations. Prior to this, Tito worked as the Director of Operations at the San Francisco Pretrial Diversion Project, collaborating with the executive team to ensure operational excellence and building relationships with internal and external partners.
