Noelle Neef

Noelle Neef currently serves as the Assistant Director of Energy at Illinois Farm Bureau, a position held since January 2024. Prior to this, Noelle worked as an Outreach Coordinator for the Illinois Soybean Association from January 2023 to January 2024. Noelle's early experience includes a student internship at the ACES Alumni Association from October 2019 to December 2022, where significant contributions included coordinating summer family academies and managing social media content. Intern roles at Illinois Farm Bureau and The Fertilizer Institute involved planning events, tracking agricultural resolutions, conducting research, and lobbying on behalf of the agricultural community. Noelle holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Agriculture Leadership, Education and Communication from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, awarded in 2023.
