Rachael Stokas serves as a Senior Assistant Attorney General at the Illinois Attorney General's Office since October 2023. Prior to this role, Rachael worked at The Codilis Family of Firms for over 20 years, progressing through positions as Managing Attorney, Supervising Attorney, and Associate Attorney. Rachael holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Dayton School of Law (2001) and a Bachelor of Arts from Emory & Henry College (1998), in addition to a High School Diploma from Rural Retreat High School (1994).
