Kathleen Springer

Kathleen Springer, CPCU, SHRM-SCP, SPHR, AIM, has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer at Illinois Casualty Company since June 2008. In this senior-most role, Kathleen oversees the Human Resources and Administrative Services departments and contributes to senior management decisions regarding strategic initiatives and operational models. Prior to this position, Kathleen held the title of Human Resources Manager at Illinois Casualty Company, focusing on HR functions during a significant organizational transition in 2010. Kathleen's earlier experience includes serving as a Human Resources Specialist at K's Merchandise from 1994 to 2007, managing HR functions for a workforce of 100-150 employees. Kathleen holds a B.A. in Business Management from Western Illinois University and completed previous education at the University of Iowa.
