Currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer at Illinois Casualty Company since January 2015, Michael has previously held senior roles including Vice President & Controller at CGB Enterprises, Inc., and AVP - Finance at Illinois Casualty Company. With a robust background in financial reporting, forecasting, and fiscal management, Michael also served as CEO of IFRS 4 Consulting, LLC, where core responsibilities included financial modeling and regulatory reporting. Additionally, Michael was the Senior Vice President and CFO at GF&C Holding Company, overseeing financial activities for a P&C insurance company. Michael holds an MBA in Finance and a BSBA in Accounting from Xavier University.
