Illinois College of Optometry
Dr. Mark Colip currently serves as the President of the Illinois College of Optometry, a position held since February 2009, and also holds the title of Vice President for Student, Alumni, and College Development. Responsibilities include overseeing admissions, student affairs, alumni relations, development, public relations, and communications. Prior to this, Dr. Colip worked at the same institution in various roles from April 1993 to February 2009, including Vice President for Student Affairs, Dean for Student Affairs, and Director of Student Services/Admissions. Dr. Colip holds an OD degree in Optometry from the Illinois College of Optometry (1988-1992) and a BA in Zoology from DePauw University (1981-1985).
