Caroline Martini, MBA has a diverse work experience starting with their role as an Office Coordinator at Healthsouth in 1999 where they were responsible for patient data maintenance and office finances. Caroline then worked as a Legal Secretary at Grotefeld & Denenberg, LLC from 2005 to 2007, handling various administrative tasks. Caroline then joined Grotefeld, Hoffmann, Schleiter, Gordon & Ochoa, LLP as an Accountant/HR Assistant from 2007 to 2014, overseeing the firm's accounts payable and receivable, as well as human resources responsibilities. In 2014, they joined The Heico Companies LLC as a Corporate Accountant, where they prepared month-end closing routines and managed reporting processes for multiple entities. Currently, Caroline is working at ICC Group, first as a Project Accountant from 2016 to 2017, then as an Operations Accounting Manager from 2017 to 2020, followed by their role as Controller from 2020 to 2022. Caroline is currently serving as the Vice President of Accounting and Finance at ICC Group starting from January 2022.
Caroline Martini, MBA, holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Accounting and Finance from Robert Morris University - Illinois, which was completed between 2012 and 2014. Caroline also obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Accounting from the same university, completing their studies from 2005 to 2008.
