Catherine Manning

Catherine Manning, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, serves as the Senior Director of Human Resources at the Illinois CPA Society (ICPAS) since May 2012, overseeing various HR functions including benefits billing, payroll, and recruitment. Prior to this role, Catherine held the position of Director of Human Resources at Labriola Baking Company from June 2009 to May 2012, where responsibilities included managing HR for a workforce of 380 employees. Earlier experience includes a lengthy tenure at Portillo's from August 1993 to June 2009, progressing from restaurant management positions to Human Resources Manager. Additionally, Catherine contributed to academia as an Adjunct Faculty member at the College of DuPage, teaching a college credit course in supervision. Catherine holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from St. Norbert College.
