Stephanie Quintanilla

Stephanie Quintanilla is a seasoned Human Resource Specialist with extensive experience in benefits administration, payroll, and employee engagement. Currently employed at the Illinois CPA Society since September 2015, Stephanie oversees employee records, time and attendance, recruiting, onboarding, and various HR-related tasks. Prior to this role, Stephanie worked at Ajilon as an HR/Payroll Specialist, focusing on payroll and benefits while also addressing insurance discrepancies. Stephanie began a career in HR at Leadec (formerly Voith Industrial Services - NAO) as a Site Administrator, where responsibilities included timekeeping, accounts receivable and payable, and employee relations. Stephanie holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from the University of Indianapolis.
