Hamid Arastoopour

Hamid Arastoopour holds the position of Henry Linden Professor of Engineering and Director of the Wanger Institute for Sustainable Energy Research at the Illinois Institute of Technology since September 1985. Prior experience includes serving as a Research Engineer at the Institute of Gas Technology from June 1978 to August 1985. Hamid Arastoopour earned a PhD in Energy/Chemical Engineering from the Illinois Institute of Technology between 1973 and 1978 and a Bachelor of Science in Gas Engineering from the Abadan Institute of Technology from 1969 to 1973.
