Kraig Goddard

Kraig Goddard is currently an assistant at Illinois Institute of Technology. Kraig previously worked as an account specialist at Crystal Equation Corporation from July 2011 to December 2014. In this role, Kraig became the central repository for all the account teams’ information, distributing a high volume of emails appropriately and effectively. Kraig's primary duty was to support client needs by a variety of communicative, reporting, and research-based needs. Kraig's duties included continuing to source resumes, accessing vendor management systems/applicant tracking systems to obtain and enter new job orders, submit resumes to clients, schedule phone and onsite interviews, and a variety of other duties, as needed. Heavy MS Excel usage was required in cost sheet manipulation to determine candidate rates and company costs and submitting finalized forms to HR for approval. Kraig was a contributing member of the company being awarded with “Top Overall Performer for 2014” by a major client.

Before working at Crystal Equation Corporation, Kraig was a student assistant at Ball State University from January 2007 to December 2010.

Kraig Goddard attended Ball State University, where they earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts with a specialization in drawing.
