Tunji Sangoleye

Tunji Sangoleye, PhD(ABD), currently serves as an Adjunct Instructor in the Advancing Career & Education Program at the Illinois Institute of Technology, where instruction and coaching are provided to international graduate students. Previous experience includes consulting roles focused on talent and performance management at Vantage Solutions LLC and conducting employee selection assessments at CEB, now Gartner. Additionally, experience at the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago involved strategic organizational development consulting, while roles at Aon Hewitt encompassed project management and benefits operations. Early career positions included talent assessment with the Personnel Board of Jefferson County, Alabama, and underwriting assistance at Old Republic Surety Co. Educational credentials consist of a Ph.D. (ABD) in Business Psychology from The Chicago School, a Master’s in Industrial Organizational Psychology, and a Bachelor’s in I/O Psychology with a minor in Information Systems from DePaul University.
