Rachel White-Domain

Rachel White-Domain is an attorney and the Director of the Women & Survivors Project at the Illinois Prison Project, where expertise lies in representing incarcerated survivors of gender-based violence in various legal matters. Prior to this role, Rachel served as an Equal Justice Works Fellow, sponsored by the Albert & Anne Mansfield Foundation, at both Cabrini Green Legal Aid and the National Center on Domestic Violence, Trauma & Mental Health. Additional experience includes a staff position at Planned Parenthood of East Central Illinois. Rachel holds a Juris Doctor from DePaul University College of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, along with an Associate of Arts in Sociology from Parkland College.
