Darrell Scruggs has been a dedicated member of the Illinois State Police since June 2007, currently serving in the Executive Protection Unit since January 2019. With extensive experience in law enforcement, Darrell is further enhancing professional qualifications through ongoing studies at Webster University, pursuing a Master of Arts in National Security Policy Studies. Prior educational background includes attendance at Millikin University from 1999 to 2002 and Belleville East from 1994 to 1998.
