Michael Bailey

Michael Bailey currently serves as the Local Government Affairs Director at Illinois REALTORS® and functions as an Outreach Specialist for the Illinois State Senate Democratic Caucus. With extensive experience in campaign management and community outreach, Michael has played pivotal roles in numerous political campaigns, including organizing events, developing marketing strategies, and effectively communicating with stakeholders. Michael's previous positions include DuPage County Regional Organizer for Mary Kay O'Brien for Supreme Court, Campaign Manager and Field Director for Bennett for Senate, and various roles within the Illinois Senate. Michael holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and an Associate of Arts from the College of DuPage.
