Dean Plumadore

Dean Plumadore is a retired Chief Learner who has dedicated extensive time to learning and assisting others since June 2019. Prior to retirement, Dean worked at Illinois State University from January 1995, holding various positions including Project Manager for IT, where responsibilities included managing projects for the Student Affairs Division, and Associate Director of Information Technology, overseeing technology for departments such as Housing, Dining, and Recreation Services. Dean also served as a Lecturer in the School of Information Technology, teaching an introductory course, and as an Adjunct Professor in Applied Computer Science, instructing graduate-level courses. Additionally, Dean has contributed to WJBC radio as the tech expert for the segment "Tech Talk with Dean" since May 2010. Educational achievements include a Master’s degree in Applied Computer Science and ongoing studies in Project Management at Illinois State University.
