Tiffany Sinnet

Tiffany Sinnet is an experienced instructional designer and project manager, currently working at Illinois State University since January 2023. In this role, Tiffany collaborates with over 25 subject matter experts to create engaging eLearning courses for more than 300 adult learners and leads the development of hybrid training for faculty and staff. Previous experience includes serving as a learning experience developer and project manager at Crawfordsville Sr High School, where Tiffany tailored curricula for 50 clients with diverse learning needs and provided training for 270 stakeholders annually. Additional roles include developing a curriculum for Pike Preparatory Academy, conducting performance gap analyses as a teaching fellow at Indianapolis Teaching Fellows, and serving as a research and development technician at Closure Systems International. Tiffany holds a Master of Arts in Education from Marian University Indianapolis, a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Purdue University, and an instructional design and eLearning certification from IDOL Academy.
